Journal of a Clone Trooper

A photographic journal chronicling the adventures of a Clone Trooper named Sparkey. He's a small guy, and will have to tackle some big problems.

Sparkey tried to call Gordon, but he decided the effort of lifting the phone and pressing the numbers with his feet wasn’t worth it. And he realized that he didn’t know Gordon’s number. And then he questioned whether or not Gordon even had a phone. He thought of calling him to ask…. and then had all of those thoughts over again.

“I couldn’t believe what the world looked like when I took my helmet off. I was completely unprepared for the scope of everything. The room that I was in was so enormous, and it seemed to extend on forever in front of and behind me. Taking off my helmet and viewing the world with my own eyes was an enlightening experience. It felt like I was seeing for the first time. Colors were brighter, smells were stronger, and I felt alive, I felt like a human being. To breath the unfiltered air, to hear the unaltered sounds; it was incredible. All I had to do all along was just remove my helmet, but I had no idea what it would be like. It seems as though I had lived my entire life viewing the world through that visor and had failed to even realize that it might seem different if I viewed it in my own way. It was like reaching a new state of consciousness. I take my helmet off much more now. I even sleep with it off.”
